Puer’s (pronounced Pure) nose is light and easy – there’s a touch of vanilla, but you really have to go looking for it. The vanilla is more prominent on the tongue, and especially in the sides and back of the mouth, along with a slight nutty undertone. It has a beautiful mouth-feel and just a bit of the traditional vodka burn as it goes down. Perfect on its own or in your favourite cocktail.

The Three Capes ‘Signature’ brand is bottled by William McHenry & Sons from a carefully selected barrel from the Tasmania Distillery and cut back using the crystal clear spring water from the Distillery. This whisky is aged in American Oak Bourbon barrels with a guaranteed minimum age of 10 years. Some bottlings in the this range could be up to 14 years old.
