Classic London Dry Gin Martini
Recipe:
- 60ml McHenry London Dry Gin
- 10ml Dry Vermouth
- Ice
- Lemon twist or olive for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a mixing glass with ice and pour in the gin and vermouth.
- Stir gently for about 30 seconds, until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist or olive.

- Blueberry jam
- Lemon

Plum Sour

- Egg White
- Basil.

McHenry Christmas Cocktail
- 20ml McHenry Sloe Gin
- 30ml Christmas Gin
- 20ml Campari
- 45ml Cranberry Juice
- Optional 15ml Simple Syrup
Shake well and double strain into cocktail glass
Garnish and enjoy ✨

Barrel Aged Gin Espresso Martini
- 60ml McHenry Stargazer Barrel Aged Gin
- 30ml Vanilla simple syrup
- 60ml Espresso
Shake well with ice. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Enjoy! 🍸

Butterfly Gin Sour
Ingredients:
- 30ml McHenry Butterfly Gin
- 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 30ml Simple Syrup
- 1 egg white (or a vegan alternative like aquafaba)
Make sure to dry shake, then shake again with ice for that extra frothy texture.

Bees Knees Cocktail
- 50ml McHenry Dry Gin
- 2 tsp honey
- 25ml lemon juice
- lemon zest, to serve

Sloe Royale a spin on a Kir Royale
Mix 30ml of McHenry Old English Sloe Gin and top it off with a sparkling wine of your choice (Champagne, Prosecco and sparkling Rosé all work perfectly!)
Garnish with a slice of orange and you’re all set!

Federation Gin and Mandarin Tonic.
- 30ml McHenry Federation Gin
- Handful of Ice
- Top up with McHenry Mandarin Tonic Water.
Garnish with mint


Summer Gin Mojito
- Muddle cucumber and mint and 30ml simple syrup in a shaker.
- 30ml McHenry Summer Gin and shake with ice.
- Double strain into a tall glass with ice and top with soda water.
- Use mint and cucumber to garnish
