12 years seems to be the perfect amount of time for this barrel. A sample tasting got left on my desk ( I know work perks). The smoothest creamiest most delicate whisky we have made to date. Just perfectly rolls around your palate, gentle hints of caramel, and a mouth feel to match .I’d would have liked to stop work and keep sipping that dram but even the best of work perks don’t let you stop for long.
