Lorum dolor solor ipsumu and then doslldn.

The classic martini was created as a gin cocktail and from our point of view this one is better stirred rather than shaken.

INGREDIENTS

  • 60mL McHenry Classic Dry Gin Gin
  • 1 tbsp of dry vermouth
  • Olive or lemon peel to garnish

METHOD

  • Stir the gin, dry vermouth and little ice together in a cocktail shaker to combine
  • Strain into a chilled martini glass and serve with an olive on a cocktail stick or with a twist of lemon peel

A taste of continental Europe that’s bitter, sweet, dry, refreshing and sophisticated all at once, there’s never really a bad time to have one.

INGREDIENTS

  • 30mL McHenry Classic Dry Gin
  • 30mL Campari
  • 30mL Vermouth Rosso

METHOD

  • Add the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker
  • Shake well with cracked ice
  • Strain into a glass over ice cubes
  • Garnish with a twist of orange peel

Seperate the red Lorum dolor solor and then doslldn.

INGREDIENTS

  • Large handful of ice
  • 100mL McHenry Puer Vodka
  • 500mL good quality tomato juice
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 6 drops of Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 drops of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • Celery stick and lemon slice to serve

METHOD

  • Place the ice into a medium sized jug and add the vodka, tomato and lemon juice.
  • Add Worcestshire and Tabasco to the mix along with the salt and pepper.
  • Stir mixture until the jug feels cold and then strain into two tall glasses
  • Add additional ice, celery stick and lemon to serve

Round, rich and fruity burst of flavour that is balanced with the complex taste of gin underneath. Yum!

INGREDIENTS

  • 50mL McHenry Sloe Gin
  • 25mL good quality limoncello such as Pococello
  • Sparkling water
  • 2 rosemary sprigs, one to muddle (stir) and one to garnish

METHOD

  • Remove the leaves from one of the rosemary sprigs and place in a cocktail shaker with the limoncello
  • Muddle (stir)
  • Add ice and sloe gin, then shake until well chilled
  • Strain into tall glass filled with ice
  • Add sparkling water and garnish with the remaining rosemary sprig
